I'm glad I stuck with this digital picture frame. I bought it for my Mom as she is at a rest home. I couldn't log on to it to transfer pictures to it at first. There was no place I could find to create an account. There was a place you could log in to an account but not create one. Through some self doubt & trial & error I was able to transfer pictures to the frame using the guest mode. I put a bunch of pictures on it from the rest home. A few days later it seemed cease functioning while I was trying to transfer pictures from my phone in another city to the frame. Alas, the mystery was solved when I went to visit my Mom & found out she had unplugged it. She has been unplugging many things in the past 10 years thinking they were using too much energy. It has caused her some difficulties but it is par for the course. I was happy all it took to get it operational was to plug it in. It works very well now. The pictures are clear as can be. She loves seeing a variety of pictures that periodically remind her of funny times.
