I bought this ink to keep in advance of when I would need it. I just put it in yesterday. It worked fine for a day and then today I had to update my firmware on my printer. The ink cartridges are no longer recognized and I cannot use them. I have attempted to reinstall the cartridges 5-8 times, but it still doesn’t work. This is extremely frustrating as they are practically unused but now are unusable.

Bought this for the value. Haven’t had an opportunity to use yet, so I will post an update if there is an issue. I’m hopeful considering the positive review.

Being burned by so-called “replacement remanufactured’ cartriges befor I was skeptical when ordering. But I read a few reviews about these and I’m ready to echo their remarkes – these do indeed work. I have been cautious to not do any firmware updates where the printer detects non-Epson items and disables them. The cartridges work fine, are still working, and delivering the print quality I expect. No abnormal printing or streaking or drop[ped out areas. The fact that they cost much less than brand names items brought me in. The print quality is bringing me back. Highly recommended.
