As for the print quality, it’s fantastic. Whether I’m printing black-and-white text or color images, everything comes out crisp and clear. The colors are vibrant, and the details are spot on. Even printing photos looks amazing—smooth color transitions that make them look like they were printed professionally.

Another big plus is the large capacity of the 32XL ink. It lasts a lot longer than the regular ink, so I don’t have to worry about changing it all the time. Definitely a more cost-effective option. I did not want to buy off brand ink as I’ve had problems in the past. Amazon is now very deceiving sometimes slipping in items in my search that are not the brand desired, but knock-offs from overseas. They literally use the same print on the box to mimic HP originals. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry when I ordered and thought I was getting HP. The quality of the bottles is not the same and I got ink everywhere when trying to replace as another reviewer mentioned. And now my printer won’t use the ink I replaced. I’m contemplating returning since this did not work as advertised on my Smart Tank Plus 5105.

I ordered ink for my NEW HP 5101 Smart Tank printer /scanner. The Amazon price was very good. The product arrived exactly two days later, as promised. Ordering was very simple. The details of the order on the emailed receipt were exactly correct………………. What concerned me was the discovery that the ink shipped was NOT made for the 5101 HP Smart Tank printer/scanner. Nowhere on the box did it say the contents would be compatible with my unit……My experience with both Cannon and especially HP is their program to exclude substitute supplies……In this case, the ink that was shipped was compatible with my printer ( so far )……Probably, somewhere there is a proviso in their warranty NOT to use substitute ink.
