printer rejects and printing is blurry
I have ordered several refilled ink cartridges in the past and this one has been incredibly disappointing. At first my HP printer rejected it saying it wasn't a genuine cartridge but finally accepted it after taking out and reinserting it 6 times. From then on I received nothing but blurry pages. I tried cleaning the head but it still persists. I cannot use the pages that it prints for professional papers. Unfortunately I didn't open the ink until outside the 30 days so I cannot return and am out $57 so that is a huge disappointment!
