I have a nice smart watch that I use when I’m not working. I bought this one for work because it was less expensive. Does everything I need it to do. My only complaint is I can only find one face that shows the temperature other than that it works

It does have a big nice screen, and comfortable band. However trying to get the watch setup is very difficult, you have to scroll through menus to find simple items like calculator, the service reps do not know the product so don’t waste your time asking for help. Cannot get new watch faces to the watch, terrible experience

I’m updating again I did have a bad experience, but the company reached out to me directly to make things right, I guess a new employee was having issues. It’s great to know that there are still companies that really care about their customers
