I knew better but bought these anyway and they do not work all I keep getting is an error sign. I bought the printer and these at the same time for my small business and am just getting around to needing the black. Found out it won’t work and come to try to get a refund but undoubtedly you only have 30 days to return it so I guess they got me for what little money I do have. I have 1 start because you can’t give zero or negative stars.

Packaged correctly, prep’d right, and they installed without drama, or error codes from the printer. Be careful because the refurb process involves adding a small piece of red tape at the top of the PC flex circuit that has to stay there. The words “DO NOT REMOVE” should make this obvious, but I thought I’d mention it.

I’ll use these for a while (don’t print much though) and will update this review if the cartridges misbehave or meet an early end.

UPDATE: I use my printer very little (not uncommon), and hadn’t attempted to print anything in months (I have a laser printer for 99% of the printing I do, saving my Canon printer for color prints). At eight months, the print came out “only blue” meaning that the cartridges had both stopped working properly. That’s not unheard of even with factory cartridges, but I have to take a star away. It’s possible that they stopped working MUCH sooner, but I have no way of knowing for certain, and will give LinkDocs the benefit of the doubt.
