I did have a tech saavy friend help with the remote installation for my folks – but worked great – able to send them photos and video clips. – pleased and ideal gift for remote family.

They liked the quality and size and with 32GB – have plents of space to upgrade – once set up – easy and quick to share realtime photos and video clips – video is limited to 12 seconds unless you purchase the app upgrade allowing greater viseo length etc. – may give that a try as i am now converting old videos and want to share those with them. Overall it’s a good portal!!

Update*** I’m sad to say it’s been about less than a month and the frame constantly freezes. Super frustrating as I did love it at first but now it doesn’t work properly..

UPDATE: The company has reached out to resolve the issue, specifically Jerry. I received a new frame. I haven’t had a chance to set it up yet but happy with the customer service I received to ensure this issue was corrected.
