TL;DR Okay build quality and comfortable, but not compatible with Meta charging dock.
I really wanted to like this product because it is genuinely very comfortable and a decent quality product. The only problem that I encountered was that the interface conflicts with the 1st party Meta Quest 3 charging dock. It’s a real disappointment. It’s not advertised on the product listing as far as I know. The reason it’s not compatible is because of how the mold is designed for the nose bridge section of the interface. The 1st party nose bridge is completely flat, while this one has a very small angle to it. I understand completely why they did it, because in theory, it would be more comfortable against the top of your nose. However that slight difference makes it impossible for the charger prongs on the base of the headset to couch the connecters on the dock. I reached out and never got a response back. I think I will have to return it, even though I don’t want to. I paid a lot for the convenience of using a charging dock, and a $25 headset interface just isn’t a good excuse not to continue using it. If they changed the mold for the interface so that it was compatible, that would have been perfect. I will keep an eye out and see if they make a second version of this interface. That small thing really ruined it for me, unfortunately. I really honestly hate giving it 1 star, because it doesn’t deserve it, but if I give it more stars, this will get completely buried and won’t be seen by the people in the same position as me who are looking for a dock-compatible interface.
Conclusion: If you’re not using the Meta charging dock, I say buy it. If you plan on using the dock though, avoid this product unless you’re planning on pulling the interface off every single time you want to charge your device.
