I get hot/sweaty with activity or hot and humid weather, so am hot when playing Quest2. Until I got this fan, I would run a ceiling and floor fan on high, and wear a sweatband. I'd quickly have sweat running down my face. I didn't think this fan would work, but, I am a believer now. Even after 2+ hours of hard play, I am comfortable. I didn't need to wear a sweatband, and only had a ceiling fan on. I play games like Beat Saber/Audio Trip, Thrill of the Fight (boxing), Slam, and Tennis.
Pros: Cools surprisingly well, lightweight (I don't notice its weight at all), charged fully overnight, includes USB C charging cable, easy to install, quiet, face cover fits Quest2 more firmly than the factory one, face cover is cooler and more comfortable than factory one, and the face cover is removable and washable.

It would be nice if it came with either an extra face cover, so I could wash one while using the other, but this isn't a Con. I can't really think of a negative for this item.

***Updated Sept 2023 – I really love this little fan. It makes a huge difference for me. After about a month, it didn't stay charged for as long, but if I charge it after each play, it always lasts long enough. Like others, I've found the face pad is not comfortable. I've moved it around, also use a sweatband, but it's poor. I contacted the seller. They replied quickly, but didn't have suggestions or fixes, and also said this problem was new to them. I guess they don't read reviews. Having said all that, I still love this fan!

If you are tired of being cooked alive by your Vr Headset then look no further.
The Hibloks Cooling Fan is lightweight but strong. It has two settings for casual or hard-core play. It comes with its own fa e mask attachment with vents. The Fan sits on top of the system itself and circulates air into the visual field, keeping a cool breeze on your face.
I'm going to have to rate this product twice
One for the original strap for the oculus quest 2 and one for upgraded headstraps.
If you have not upgraded your headstrap I highly recommend doing so before getting your Fan. It comes in at an 8/10 as there just isn't enough support for the added weight to not compress your face.
Now if you have a strap that puts all the weight of the unit on your head I stead of your face. This Fan is an easy 10/10 as the only issue I have with it is my strap can't handle it.
Highly recommended and they have such reasonable prices.

If you own the Oculus Quest 2 then this is a must have accessories no doubt! I use my Quest mainly for fitness games but I struggled to keep up due to the lense keeps fogging up and the sweats pouring down on my face making the headset sliding around. Then I would have to stop the game often to wipe off my sweat and adjusting the headset. It can be annoying having to stop so often. Well this fan solved my problems and I am very pleased! The fan got 2 speeds that blow gentle breeze and it’s pretty quiet. I forget that it’s on sometime but I know it’s doing a fantastic job. It relieve lense fogging, it got good air circulation and the material absorb the sweat very well. It is very comfortable to wear. Having this fan increase my playtime tremendously. I don’t have to stop as often as I did before to adjust my headset. I can now enjoy my fitness games longer. My playtime increase and i can feel the noticeable improvement since I have this fan. I highly recommend this product. Go get yourself one, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic Fan, Not the Greatest Interface

The fan itself is probably one of the best available, especially for the price. You can really feel the airflow; it completely eliminates lens fog and greatly reduces sweat/overheating without drying your eyes.
My only issues are:
1) The facial interface is very similar to the stock option in that it's a sponge and the Lycra cover isn't removable, so when you do sweat – say during an intense round of Beat Saber – it absorbs it all and that gets gross pretty quick, especially with more than one person using it. Not a huge deal as I already use a sweat band, but still a takeaway.
2) The extra padding around the nose does a great job of blocking light which I love, but it comes at the cost of not being able to comfortably breathe through your nose and being flat out unusable for those with larger noses.
3) An issue that's hopefully a production flaw rather than a product flaw, is that on the one I
received, the non-removable cover for the interface doesn't cover one spot which causes the sponge to bulge out to a degree that puts slightly more pressure on one side of your face than the other, which is annoying but again, just a takeaway, not a huge deal.
My only other complaint is that I now see they offer an alternate facial interface that looks to be of far superior quality, made of PU with a removable and expanding nose piece which is great, but it costs nearly as much as the entire setup which is just insulting. It's really annoying that they don't just use the superior interface to begin with, or even offer the ability to just buy it with the fan for say $50 instead of $36, as opposed to the nearly $70 (it was $39 when I bought it) it would cost to buy the superior interface in addition to the fan. Frankly, it just tells me that while they make good products, the company itself is greedy.
All in all a decent product, just with a few flaws that some may find to be pretty minor, while others will be forced to purchase the alternate interface. I'm sure I'll end up having to buy it at some point but I'll avoid it as long as possible, both out of principle and lack of funds. If you have the money for both the product itself and the alternate interface then I highly recommend doing so, as you probably won't find a better fan.

Really easy to put together, is a little bit harder to take off than the original faceplate but nothing major. Facepad felt comfortable for the time I played, it's like a soft memory foam.
The fan is easy to put on and charges with a usb c cable, you can hear it in the meta home on 1 speed, but i never heard it once whilst i was playing. Played over an hour on Max Mustard and it didn't fog up once which is really nice as it breaks immersion when you have to keep wiping the lenses . Didn't feel like it added any weight.Really pleased with the quality and performance of the product. Well worth the price. Get one if you have a hot head, especially for summer ☀️.
