We got the product and I was excited because I saw all the great reviews. It was slow, but the setup was easy and convenient. Worked well for games but youtube videos took a long time to load. Also, it took a long time between screens. The battery life was good but it took a long time to charge. Had to charge it overnight to get a full charge. The screen stopped working and had a hard time factory resetting the device to return it. I am disappointed because I was expecting better.

Updated: provider was super nice and contacted me after the review. Sent a new tablet it works better the only issue is it is still slow between apps. Other than that the product is working great. The battery lasts a long time and it connects well with wifi
