It's an excellent USB webcam

Style: S800 4K 1/2" Sony Sensor Dual AutofocusVerified Purchase

I have a lot of USB cameras and this is among the best I have. The 4k frames are impressive compared to my 2k webcams I like the software controls on this over those on a EMEET C950 I bought at the same time (to compare). The C950 is pretty good but this model gives you better control of the camera when shooting and I like that as an amateur photographer. Even comparing the S800 audio versus the C950 ,the S800 is less noisy with better sensitivity as far as I can tell. The zoom is very good compared to zoom on other webcams, though it's not a lot of use for zoom calls. It has a tripod socket on the mount (my C950 doesn't), I have four webcams in constant use and prefer the more secure tripod mount this has. It's hard to argue that if it truly has the Sony 1/2" sensor then that's a well respected industry standard so it only needs a decent lens and the S800 seems pretty good to me. Focus quality is good. I'll be buying two or three more S800's to replace my remaining 2k cameras in due course. If I had to make a complaint it's probably not EMEET's fault but I experience stalls and other performance related problems when I have two 4k cameras on the same USB3 bus and find they work better when they are each connected to a different USB bus on my PCs.

The only knocks are the tripod is a little flimsy and the design of camera makes the use of monitor mount a little awkward. I should have just purchased the camera without the tripod and bought a taller adjustable tripod that allows adjustable an over the top of the monitor perspective.

The camera quality was pretty good, but I was so frustrated with the autofocus. With slight movements during the call I would go out of focus and it takes 2-3 seconds for it to go back and focus on me. I tried to make it work by playing with the settings, or moving the webcam to different positions, but I didn't get to make it work. So I returned it while I could!
