    I needed a new headset that plugs into my pc. This is not the one. For starters they have a crackling sound and everyone says they can’t hear me. Mic is very low even at 100 I’m yelling. Will definitely be sending back! Please please don’t waste your money on this product!

I keep it and my desktop maxed out in volume, and I can hear, but some sites and apps are a bit lower in volume than I would like.
