And I was just looking for an inexpensive tablet to use. Battery life isnt spectacular but setup was easy and I mostly use it with charger anyway. Good deal for 85 bucks but not if you’re a heavy gamer or use it constantly. It likes to shut itself off lol.

Ability for the Battery to hold its charge is nearly non-existent

I was surprised with the compactness of everything that came with the device in the box. Easy enough to setup and get running. My Moto Android phone did not have a NFC capability, and I did not have a cable capable of connecting the phone to the tablet, BUT, this tablet was able to synchronize over Bluetooth and I was able to save hours of time in setup to have the majority of the settings copied over to the tablet.

ONE semi-major drawback: Using it for Kindle reading drinks battery power very swiftly….I was shocked at how much power was being sucked out of the battery. I expected it ti last 8 hours and only get down to about 40%…it was down to 15% within 90 minutes. 🙁

UPDATE ON 10-30-2024: The ability for the battery to hold a charge is now almost non-existent. I find it can be off the charger for only 2 hours before it gets drained.

Also…its ability to re-charge is utterly ridiculous as it takes hours to re-charge a few percentage points. The only way to effectively use it is to ensure that you are connected to a power source.

This tablet is everything I hoped it would be and more. The 10” screen is clear and bright with great resolution. I love the way my images look on it. It has 8GB RAM. If you need more than that, it also has a slot for a memory card for expansion. It’s a nice tablet with a good battery life (I downloaded apps, music, and photos and only used 17%), but it’s also fast. The test for me is if I get aggravated waiting for download, etc. I get aggravated easily when a device is slow or even just slow-ish. This tablet is fast. It’s faster than my phone, which impressed me.

This is a standard Android tablet. It walked me through connecting my Gmail account, then I was able to customize it the way I have other tablets and my Android phone. You can change the wallpaper, set it up for a child to use, add a passcode, rearrange the icons on the screen, connect a keyboard or speaker via Bluetooth, connect to WiFi etc. It comes with a charging cable, an AC adapter, and a case for the tablet. The case is black and folio-style. It does a great job of protecting the tablet from scratches, and it keeps the dust off it when you’re not using it. It also offers some protection if you should drop the tablet. It’s a decent quality, adjustable case made for this tablet in particular. You can use both the front and rear facing camera with the tablet in the case.

Overall, I’m very pleased with this tablet. It’s exactly what I needed, so I imagine I’ll be using it for a long time.
